1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or utilizing BeamConnect FIBERNET services (including Residential Broadband, Internet Leased Lines, and Digital TV/OTT platforms), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Service Availability & Installation

Service speeds advertised are "up to" speeds and may vary based on internal network wiring, device capability, and external internet routing. Installation timelines are subject to local feasibility and infrastructure readiness. BeamConnect reserves the right to deny service in non-feasible zones.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users must not use the BeamConnect network to:

• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or legally restricted.
• Engage in unauthorized network disruptions, including DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious packet injection.
• Resell or redistribute residential broadband connections without explicit enterprise commercial agreements.

4. Enterprise SLAs & Infrastructure

Internet Leased Line (ILL) clients operate under specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding uptime and latency. Our core routing relies on advanced VPP dataplanes and PPPoE topologies. BeamConnect guarantees hardware performance up to the customer edge interface.

5. Billing and Payments

All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated. Failure to clear invoices prior to the due date will result in automated temporary suspension of services until payment is securely processed through our portals.
